Door Closer Closing Force Auxiliary Device in Smoking-Proof Area and the Operation Method thereof
The present invention relates to an auxiliary apparatus for closing force of a door closer. According to the present invention, the auxiliary apparatus for closing force of the door closer comprises: a housing which moves in between a closing position and an opening position with an opening/closing hinge shaft of a door in the center to be combined with the door closer having a rotary shaft; a closing force transfer plate accommodated in the housing to be rotatable along the rotary shaft; and an elastic member combined with the housing to be able to make an elastic transformation to come in contact with an external side of the closing force transfer plate following the rotation of the rotary shaft to assist closing force of the door. The elastic member comprises: a first elastic spring combined with a first groove formed by being indented on the closing force transfer plate in an area near the closing position to provide a first auxiliary closing force to the door; and a second elastic spring, when the door rotates further towards the closing position by the closing force of the first elastic spring, provides a second auxiliary closing force to the door by being combined with a second groove formed by being indented on the closing force transfer plate. The second auxiliary closing force works on the rotary shaft in an opposite direction to the direction of the first auxiliary closing force. Accordingly, the present invention is specifically able to provide the auxiliary apparatus for a closing force of the door closer in a smoking-proof area, which does not require excessive force for a long time when opening the door.
본 발명은, 도어클로저 폐쇄력 보조장치에 관한 것으로, 도어의 개폐 힌지축을 중심으로 폐쇄되는 폐쇄위치와 개방되는 개방위치 사이를 이동하며 회전축을 구비한 도어클로저와 결합되는 하우징과; 하우징 내부에 수용되어 상기 회전축을 따라 회전 가능하게 마련된 폐쇄력 전달판과; 상기 회전축의 회전에 따라 상기 폐쇄력 전달판의 외측을 따라 접촉되어 도어의 폐쇄력을 보조하도록 탄성변형 가능하게 상기 하우징에 결합된 탄성부재;를 포함하며, 상기 탄성부재는, 상기 폐쇄위치와 근접된 영역에서 상기 폐쇄력 전달판에 함몰 형성된 제1 글루브에 결합되어 도어에 제1 보조폐쇄력을 제공하는 제1 탄성스프링과, 상기 제1 탄성스프링의 폐쇄력에 의해 도어가 상기 폐쇄위치로 더 회전하면 상기 폐쇄력 전달판에 함몰 형성된 제2 글루브에 결합되어 도어에 제2 보조폐쇄력을 제공하는 제2 탄성스프링;을 포함하고 상기 제2 보조폐쇄력은 제1 보조폐쇄력과 반대방향으로 상기 회전축에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 특히 도어를 개방시 과다한 힘을 오래동안 필요로 하지 않은 제연구역 내 도어클로저 폐쇄력 보조장치를 제공할 수 있다.
Door Closer Closing Force Auxiliary Device in Smoking-Proof Area and the Operation Method thereof
The present invention relates to an auxiliary apparatus for closing force of a door closer. According to the present invention, the auxiliary apparatus for closing force of the door closer comprises: a housing which moves in between a closing position and an opening position with an opening/closing hinge shaft of a door in the center to be combined with the door closer having a rotary shaft; a closing force transfer plate accommodated in the housing to be rotatable along the rotary shaft; and an elastic member combined with the housing to be able to make an elastic transformation to come in contact with an external side of the closing force transfer plate following the rotation of the rotary shaft to assist closing force of the door. The elastic member comprises: a first elastic spring combined with a first groove formed by being indented on the closing force transfer plate in an area near the closing position to provide a first auxiliary closing force to the door; and a second elastic spring, when the door rotates further towards the closing position by the closing force of the first elastic spring, provides a second auxiliary closing force to the door by being combined with a second groove formed by being indented on the closing force transfer plate. The second auxiliary closing force works on the rotary shaft in an opposite direction to the direction of the first auxiliary closing force. Accordingly, the present invention is specifically able to provide the auxiliary apparatus for a closing force of the door closer in a smoking-proof area, which does not require excessive force for a long time when opening the door.
