The present invention provides a dual closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area. The closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area for closing a door comprises: a housing coupled to a door closer having a rotary shaft moving between a closing position at which the door is closed and an opening position at which the door is opened; a closing force transfer plate accommodated in the housing to be rotated along with the rotary shaft; and a plurality of elastic members coupled to the housing to be elastically deformed to come in contact with the outside of the closing force transfer plate in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft to aid in the closing force of the door. The elastic members include: a first elastic member coupled to a first groove dented on the closing force transfer plate on an area close to the closing position to provide the door with a first aid closing force; and a second elastic member coupled to a second groove dented on the closing force transfer plate to provide the door with a second aid closing force in a process where the door further rotates to the closing position by the closing force of the first elastic member. According to the present invention, the dual closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area does not require an excessive force for a long period of time particularly when opening the door.
본 발명은, 도어를 폐쇄시키는 제연구역 내 도어클로저 폐쇄력 보조장치에 있어서, 상기 도어가 닫히는 폐쇄위치와 열리는 개방위치 사이를 이동하는 회전축을 구비한 도어클로저와 결합되는 하우징과; 상기 하우징 내부에 수용되어 상기 회전축을 따라 회전 가능하게 마련된 폐쇄력 전달판과; 상기 회전축의 회전에 따라 상기 폐쇄력 전달판의 외측을 따라 접촉되어 도어의 폐쇄력을 보조하도록 탄성변형 가능하게 상기 하우징에 결합된 복수의 탄성부재;를 포함하며, 상기 탄성부재는, 상기 폐쇄위치와 근접된 영역에서 상기 폐쇄력 전달판에 함몰 형성된 제1 글루브에 결합되어 도어에 제1 보조폐쇄력을 제공하는 제1 탄성부재와, 상기 제1 탄성부재의 폐쇄력에 의해 도어가 상기 폐쇄위치로 더 회전하는 과정에서 상기 폐쇄력 전달판에 함몰 형성된 제2 글루브에 결합되어 도어에 제2 보조폐쇄력을 제공하는 제2 탄성부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징 특징으로 한다. 이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 특히 도어를 개방시 과다한 힘을 오래동안 필요로 하지 않은 제연구역 내 도어클로저 듀얼 폐쇄력 보조장치를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a dual closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area. The closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area for closing a door comprises: a housing coupled to a door closer having a rotary shaft moving between a closing position at which the door is closed and an opening position at which the door is opened; a closing force transfer plate accommodated in the housing to be rotated along with the rotary shaft; and a plurality of elastic members coupled to the housing to be elastically deformed to come in contact with the outside of the closing force transfer plate in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft to aid in the closing force of the door. The elastic members include: a first elastic member coupled to a first groove dented on the closing force transfer plate on an area close to the closing position to provide the door with a first aid closing force; and a second elastic member coupled to a second groove dented on the closing force transfer plate to provide the door with a second aid closing force in a process where the door further rotates to the closing position by the closing force of the first elastic member. According to the present invention, the dual closing force aid device for a door closer in a smoke control area does not require an excessive force for a long period of time particularly when opening the door.
