LOCKING APPARATUS AND CAP HAVING THE SAME
An embodiment of the present invention provides a locking device. The locking device is installed in a lid having a body member supported at one opened side of a container and an opening and closing member supported at the body member and capable of covering the one opened side of the container, and is capable of locking and unlocking a coupling state of the opening and closing member and the body member. The locking device comprises: a locking member having one side capable of pressing one area of the opening and closing member; a rotation pin supported at the body member and supporting the locking member to be able to rotate; an elastic member providing elastic force to make the locking member press the one area of the opening and closing member; an actuation member having one side moving in one direction of the locking member to contract and expand the elastic member; and an opening restriction member having a stopping hole which protrudes from the body member and into which one portion of the actuation member is inserted. The present invention can effectively open and close the opened one side of the container and can effectively maintain an unlocking state and a locking state.
본 발명의 실시예는 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 기의 개구된 일측에 지지되는 몸체부재와, 상기 몸체부재에 지지되며 상기 용기의 개구된 일측을 커버 가능한 개폐부재를 포함하는 뚜껑에 설치되어 상기 개폐부재와 상기 몸체부재의 결합상태를 개폐 가능한 잠금장치는, 일측이 상기 개폐부재의 일영역을 가압 가능한 잠금부재와, 상기 몸체부재에 지지되며 상기 잠금부재를 회동 가능하게 지지하는 회동핀과, 상기 잠금부재가 상기 개폐부재의 일영역을 가압하도록 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성부재와, 일면이 상기 잠금부재의 일방향을 따라 이동하며 상기 탄성부재를 신축시키는 작동부재, 그리고 상기 몸체부재로부터 돌출 형성되어 상기 작동부재의 일부가 삽입되도록 걸림홀이 형성된 개방 제한부재를 포함한다.
