The present invention relates to a method to repair surface of asphalt or concrete roads. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method to repair surface of asphalt or concrete roads, which is able to simply repair a damaged road surface by coating damaged surface of asphalt or concrete roads with a polymer binder to form a paint film, thereby providing water permeability and preventing a skid. According to the present invention, the method to repair surface of asphalt or concrete roads comprises: a step of cleaning the road surface to remove foreign substances from the road surface; a step of spreading a polymer binder, which is attachable to the road surface, on the road surface to form a repairing paint film on the road surface; a step of spraying water in the form of drops to the repairing paint film before the repairing paint film is hardened to form a water permeable hole on the repairing paint film; and a step of hardening the repairing paint film with the water permeable hole.
본 발명은 아스팔트 또는 콘크리트 노면의 보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 파손된 아스팔트 또는 콘크리트 노면에 고분자 바인더를 덧씌워 도막을 형성하는 방식으로 파손된 노면을 간단하게 보수할 수 있고 투수성과 미끄럼 방지효과를 부여할 수 있는 노면 보수방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 아스팔트 또는 콘크리트 노면의 보수방법은 노면의 이물질을 제거하기 위해 상기 노면을 청소하는 청소단계와, 노면과 접착이 가능한 고분자 바인더를 상기 노면에 도포하여 상기 노면 위에 보수도막을 형성하는 도포단계와, 보수도막이 경화되기 전에 상기 보수도막에 물을 방울 형태로 분사하여 상기 보수도막에 투수홀을 형성하는 투수성부여단계와, 투수홀이 형성된 보수도막을 경화시키는 경화단계를 포함한다.
