A coping form includes a pier band installed on an upper end of a pier, a side form bolted to the pier band, a soffit form, and an end form. A coping form safety system comprises: a base member installed between Z-shaped stiffeners of the side form; a hinge shaft coupled to the base member; a safety cover coupled to the hinge shaft to restrict rotation; a connection member coupled to the safety cover; and a safety ring connected and fixed on the connection member. An accident by non-compliance with a work process can be prevented.
본 발명은 교각의 피어(Pier) 상단부에 설치되는 피어 밴드(Pier Band)와 상기 피어 밴드 위에 볼트 고정되는 사이드 폼(Side Form)과 소피트 폼(Soffit Form) 및 앤드 폼(End Form)으로 이루어지는 코핑 폼(Coping Form)에 있어서, 사이드 폼의 "Z"자 형상의 스피프너(Stiffener) 사이에 설치되는 베이스 부재; 와 상기 베이스 부재에 결합 되는 힌지 축; 과 상기 힌지 축에 회동 구속 결합 되는 안전커버; 와 상기 안전커버에 결합 되는 연결 부재; 및 상기 연결 부재와 연결 고정되는 안전고리;를 통해 작업절차 미 준수등에 따른 안전사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 코핑 폼 안전 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.
