Safety disassembly system for coping foam
The present invention relates to a safe coping form dismantling system for allowing the dismantling of bolts supporting a coping form only when the coping form is fastened to lifting equipment. The system may comprise: a main body fastened to an upper plate of a coping form through a first bolt penetrating the upper plate; a load cell for generating an electrical signal when a load exceeding a preset load is applied from the lifting equipment after being fastened to a rope hanger of the lifting equipment; a cover for rotating so that a second bolt and a third bolt supporting the coping form are exposed to an operator; a speed control damper provided with a rotating shaft for rotating the cover; a control module equipped with a locking device that binds the cover to hide the second bolt and the third bolt or releases the cover to rotate the cover when receiving the electric signal from the load cell; a switch for transmitting an input signal that causes the control module to operate to the control module; and an emergency release device for transmitting the input signal to the control module to release the cover regardless of whether the load cell is loaded.
본 발명은 코핑폼이 인양장비와 체결된 상태에서만 코핑폼을 지지하는 볼트의 해체작업을 진행할 수 있도록 하는 코핑폼 안전해체 시스템에 있어서, 코핑폼의 상부 플레이트를 관통하는 제1 볼트를 통해 상기 상부 플레이트에 체결되는 본체; 인양장비의 줄걸이와 체결된 후에 상기 인양장비로부터 기설정된 하중 이상의 하중이 부하될 때 전기 신호를 생성하는 로드셀; 상기 코핑폼을 지지하는 제2 볼트와 제3 볼트가 작업자에게 노출되도록 회전하는 커버; 상기 커버를 회전시키기 위한 회전축이 구비된 속도제어 댐퍼; 상기 제2 볼트와 제3 볼트가 은폐되도록 상기 커버를 결속시키거나, 상기 로드셀로부터 전기 신호를 수신하는 경우에 상기 커버의 결속을 해제하여 상기 커버가 회전되도록 하는 락킹 장치가 구비된 제어모듈; 상기 제어모듈이 동작되도록 하는 입력 신호를 상기 제어모듈에 송신하는 스위치; 및 상기 로드셀의 부하 여부와 상관없이 상기 커버의 결속이 해제되도록 하는 입력 신호를 상기 제어모듈에 송신하는 비상해제 장치;를 포함할 수 있다.
