Anchor bolt cap dropping prevention device
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing detachment of an anchor bolt cap, comprising a temporary fixing unit and a detachment preventing unit. The temporary fixing unit comprises: a fixing unit formed in a shape of a projection or a groove on a side of an expansion unit of a shaft bolt so as to prevent the cap from shaking or detaching from an installation groove together with fixing of the cap to the shaft bolt; a latch unit formed with the diameter smaller than the diameter of the fixing unit at the tip of the cap formed with a cutout groove, expanded by elastic force, and then contracted and fixed again. The detachment preventing unit is formed at an end of the opposite side cap of the latch unit with the diameter larger than the diameter of a screw thread of the shaft bolt and is inserted and fixed between the threads of the shaft bolt by impact or nut tightening of the anchor punch. Accordingly, it is possible to maximize installation work efficiency of the anchor bolt, and also to prevent the cap from being shaken or detached from fluidity after installation, thereby ensuring high reliability.
축 볼트로의 캡을 가고정과 함께 설치홈으로부터 캡의 흔들림이나 탈락을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 축 볼트의 확관부 측에 돌기 또는 홈 형태로 형성되는 고정부와, 상기 절개홈이 형성된 캡의 선단에 그 고정부의 직경 보다 작은 직경으로 형성되어 탄성력에 의해 팽창된 후 다시 수축되어 가고정되는 걸림부를 포함하는 가고정부; 상기 걸림부의 반대 측 캡의 끝단에 상기 축 볼트의 나사산의 직경 보다는 큰 직경으로 형성되어 앵커 펀치의 타격 또는 너트 조임에 의해 상기 축 볼트의 나사산 사이로 끼워 들어가 맞물림 고정되는 복수의 탈락 방지턱으로 구성되는 탈락 방지부;를 포함하는 앵커 볼트의 캡 탈락 방지장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 앵커 볼트의 설치작업 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과와 함께 설치 후 유동성에 대해서도 캡이 흔들리거나 탈락되는 것을 방지하여 높은 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
