Slab form falling prevention and slow-down supporting device
The present invention relates to a slab mold falling prevention and slow-down supporting apparatus. According to the present invention, the apparatus for supporting the ceiling slab mold comprises: a fixing body coupled to be fixed to a lateral sided mold while having a fixing pin; a support rod installed to be rotated in the fixing body by the fixing pin while having an elongated hole in the longitudinal direction; and a rod member vertically guided along the elongated hole by a guiding pin while being installed to be fixed on the ceiling slab mold. According to the present invention, the supporting apparatus can be installed on the ceiling slab mold to prevent falling accidents which occur while the slab is dismantled after being cured in advance. Moreover, the ceiling slab mold can be safely and easily dismantled.
본 발명은 슬라브 거푸집 추락방지 및 슬로우 다운 지지장치에 관한 것으로서, 천장 슬라브 거푸집을 지지하는 지지장치에 있어서, 측면 거푸집에 결합고정되는, 고정핀이 마련된 고정체와, 상기 고정체에 고정핀에 의해 회동가능하게 설치되는, 길이방향으로 장공이 형성된 지지바와, 상기 장공을 따라 안내핀에 의해 수직상하로 안내되되, 천장 슬라브 거푸집에 고정설치되는 로드부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 천장 슬라브 거푸집에 지지장치를 설치함으로써, 슬라브 양생 작업 후, 해체하는 과정에서 발생하는 낙하사고를 예방할 수 있는 동시에, 천장 슬라브 거푸집을 매우 안전하고 용이하게 해체할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
