FALLING-OFF PREVENTION TOOL OF STEEL FORM PLATE FOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a steel form plate from unexpectedly separating/falling-off from a slab, when leaving the steel form plate used as a form of a lower side surface of the slab, as a structure integral with the slab.SOLUTION: A falling-off prevention tool comprises: a shaft rod 6 insertable into a through-hole 14 provided in a steel form plate 1; a back plate 7 liftably loosely fitted to the shaft rod 6; a spring 9 loosely fitted between an upper end side overhang member 8 of the shaft rod 6 and the back plate 7; and slipping-out stop means 10 provided on the lower end of the shaft rod 6. The slipping-out stop means is constituted of a laterally-turning extension member 11 extending to the lateral side from the shaft rod 6, and the extension member 11 can be penetratingly inserted into the through-hole 14 downward from above by accompanying tilting of the shaft rod 6, and in a state where the shaft rod 6 stands vertically to the steel form plate 1, the steel form plate 1 is sandwiched between the extension member 11 and the back plate 7 descending by energization force of the spring 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スラブの下側面の型枠として使用される鋼製型枠板を、スラブと一体の構造物として残す場合に、不測に鋼製型枠板がスラブから剥離脱落するのを防止出来るようにする。【解決手段】鋼製型枠板1に設けられた貫通孔14に挿通可能な軸杆6と、この軸杆6に昇降自在に遊嵌させた座板7と、軸杆6の上端側の張出し部材8と座板7との間に遊嵌されたスプリング9と、軸杆6の下端に設けられた抜け止め手段10とを備え、この抜け止め手段が、軸杆6から横側方に延出する横向き延出部材11によって構成され、この延出部材11は、軸杆6の傾動を伴って貫通孔14を上から下向きに貫挿可能なものであって、軸杆6が鋼製型枠板1に対して垂直に起立した状態では、スプリング9の付勢力で下降する座板7と延出部材11との間で鋼製型枠板1を挟持する。【選択図】図1
