The present invention relates to a damper installed inside a center portion of a lintel beam connecting two neighboring reinforced concrete shear walls, comprising: a pair of steel frame members (100) spaced apart on both left and right sides; an upper displacement transmitting member (250) having hinge holes (22) formed in both left and right end portions thereof, which are rotatably coupled to upper end portions of the steel frame members (100) by hinge bolts (33), to connect the steel frame members (100) spaced apart into one body; a lower displacement transmitting member (200) having hinge holes (22) formed in both left and right end portions thereof, which are rotatably coupled to lower end portions of the steel frame members (100) by the hinge bolts (33), to connect the steel frame members (100) spaced apart into one body; and a steel slit member (300) which is an I-shaped steel material, and which has a plurality of slits (310) vertically formed in a concave central portion thereof and a horizontally extending upper portion coupled to a central portion of the upper displacement transmitting member (250) by a coupling bolt (44) and a horizontally extending lower portion coupled to a central portion of the lower displacement transmitting member (200) by the coupling bolt (44).
본 발명은 이웃하는 2개의 철근콘크리트 전단벽을 연결하는 인방보의 중앙부 내부에 설치되는 댐퍼에 관한 것으로서, 좌우 양측에 나란하게 이격 설치되는 한 쌍의 철골부재(100); 상기 철골부재(100) 각각의 상단부에 힌지볼트(33)로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 힌지구멍(22)이 좌우 양측 단부에 구비되어 이격된 상기 철골부재(100)를 하나로 연결하는 상부변위증감전달부재(250); 상기 철골부재(100) 각각의 하단부에 힌지볼트(33)로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 힌지구멍(22)이 좌우 양측 단부에 구비되어 이격된 상기 철골부재(100)를 하나로 연결하는 하부변위증감전달부재(200); 및, "I"자 형태의 강재로서 오목한 중앙부에 상하 방향으로 다수의 슬릿(310)이 구비되고, 수평 방향으로 연장된 상부가 상기 상부변위증감전달부재(250)의 중앙부에 결합볼트(44)로 결합되고, 수평 방향으로 연장된 하부가 상기 하부변위증감전달부재(200)의 중앙부에 결합볼트(44)로 결합되는 슬릿강재부재(300);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
