The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing color concrete blocks having various colors. More specifically, a primary formed block is cured with steam to form a natural stone color on the surface of a concrete retaining block, and then, rapid hardening mortar is injected into an elastic and soft urethane protruding part to form a natural texture of a front decorating part of the primary formed block. Then, the block is completely cured through a rapid hardening method taking around 30 minutes to form a natural stone color part on the surface of a secondary formed block. A composition of the rapid hardening mortar forming the natural stone color part of the secondary formed block is formed by mixing 29 wt% of fine sand, 33 wt% of silica, 35 wt% of rapid hardening cement, 2 wt% of mineral pigments, 1 wt% of plasticizer, and water which is around 15% in proportion to the weight of the composition for having a proper slump. When control of the curing time is required, a curing delay agent is able to be used to prevent the natural stone color part from being decolorized or discolored, and since the natural stone color is expressed according to the surroundings, beautiful scenes are able to be shown and designs are able to be applied to the exterior of a retaining wall.
본 발명은 다양한 색상을 갖는 컬러 콘크리트 블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 콘크리트 옹벽블록 표면에 자연석 색상을 구현할 수 있도록 1차 성형블록을 증기로 양생시킨 다음 위 1차 성형블록 전면 장식부에 자연스러운 질감을 구현하기 위하여 연질의 탄력성이 있는 우레탄 재질의 돌출 성형부에 초속경 몰탈이 투입된 후, 약30분 내외에 경화되는 속경 방식으로 양생 완료되어 2차 성형블록의 표면에 자연석 색상부를 형성시키되, 위 2차 성형블록의 자연석 색상부를 형성시키는 초속경 몰탈의 조성물은 가는모래 29중량%, 규사 33중량%, 초속경시멘트 35중량%, 무기안료 2중량%, 유동화제 1중량%와 작업에 용이하도록 적정한 슬럼프를 갖출 수 있도록 위 초속경 몰탈 조성물의 중량대비 약15% 내외의 물과 함께 믹싱하여 구성하며 양생시간의 조절 필요시 양생지연제를 사용할 수 있도록 구성하여 자연석 색상부는 변색이나 탈색이 발생하지 않고, 주변환경에 적합하도록 자연석의 색상을 표출할 수 있게 함으로써 다양한 미감을 표현할 수 있고 옹벽의 외관을 다양한 디자인으로 구현할 수 있는 현지환경 조성에 맞는 다양한 색상을 갖는 컬러 콘크리트 블록의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
