본 발명은 구조보강부재를 이용한 단열 기능 일체형 구조용 패널에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 제철과정에서 발생하는 부산물인 슬래그를 시멘트와 혼합하여 제작되는 심재와 비중이 낮은 ALC로 형성되는 구조용 패널을 일체화하고 구조보강부재로 보강하여 단열성능을 보강하면서도 강도성능이 발현되도록 하는 구조보강부재를 이용한 단열 기능 일체형 구조용 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC) 45~50wt%, 생석회 10wt%, 슬래그 30~35wt%, 무수석고 10wt%로 이뤄지는 100wt%의 출발원료에 알루미늄 분말을 외할로 0.6wt% 및 Pore Stabilizer 0.06 wt% 혼합하여 배합물을 조성하고, 혼합수 130wt%를 상기 배합물에 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하여 양생하고 건조하여, 일정 크기의 판재 형상으로 형성되는 심재와, ALC로 형성되어 심재의 양측면에 접착되는 내측 및 외측 구조용 패널로 이루어지는 패널 본체와; 패널 본체(10)의 정착홀의 위치에서 심재를 두께방향으로 관통하여 구성되는 정착구 연결재와, 상기 내측 구조용 구조용 패널의 천공된 정착홀에 위치되어 충전 몰탈에 의해 정착되는 내측 정착구와, 상기 외측 구조용 구조용 패널의 천공된 정착홀에 위치되어 충전 몰탈에 의해 정착되어 있는 외측 정착구로 이루어져, 정착구 연결재의 일단이 상기 내측 정착구에 연결되고 타단이 상기 외측 정착구에 연결되어 내,외측 구조용 구조용 패널을 결속시키는 를 포함하여 구성되는 구조보강부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
