The present invention relates to a work assembly having integrated vibration attachment and a damper, which comprises: vibration attachment having a mounting unit; a damper unit connected to an arm of construction equipment, absorbing vibration generated from the vibration attachment, and having a first mounting protrusion mounted on the mounting unit; and a coupling unit having a first coupling unit installed in the vibration attachment and located in a coupling position for coupling the first mounting protrusion to the mounting unit and a second coupling unit installed in the damper unit and located to prevent the first coupling unit from deviating from the coupling position.
