Insulation sheet for building and the Insulation sheet manufacturing device
The present invention relates to a heat insulation sheet for interior and exterior materials for construction, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. More specifically, an aluminum foil layer, a glass fiber layer woven with glass fiber yarn as a mesh, a polyester (PET) film layer, and a non-woven fabric layer are bonded in a multi-layer structure, wherein punching holes through which air passes the inside and the outside of the sheet and preventing moisture penetration are formed so as to be attached to various kinds of panels for construction. Thus, the heat insulation sheet has improved incombustibility, sound-absorption property, ventilation property, desiccating property, anti-crease property, crack-prevention property, tensile force, and the like. In addition, a heating and insulating property of the panel is remarkably improved. Since the heat insulation sheet can be simply manufactured by an automatic process, a manufacturing process and operation can be simplified and improved.
본 발명은 건축 내외장용 보온 단열 시트 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 알루미늄 호일층, 글라스 파이버 얀(Glass Fiber Yarn)을 망상으로 직조한 글라스 파이버층, PET(Polyester) 필름층, 부직포층을 다층 구조로 접합하되, 시트 내외측으로 공기는 투과하고 수분 투과는 방지하는 타공들을 형성하여 각종 건축용 패널에 부착 사용하므로 불연 특성, 흡음성, 통기성, 방습성, 구김 방지, 파열 방지, 인장력 등의 향상은 물론 패널의 보온 및 단열 성능을 크게 개선하고, 보온 단열 시트를 자동 공정에 의해 간단 제조하므로 제조 생산성은 물론 작업성을 간편하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
