The present invention relates to a heat reflection type insulation sheet for a building and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the heat reflection type insulation sheet of a multiple layer structure comprises: an aluminum foil layer (11); a polyester (PET) film layer (12) adhered on a lower surface of the aluminum foil layer with an adhesive; and a non-woven fabric layer (13) adhered on a lower surface of the PET film layer with an adhesive. The insulation sheet (10) has a plurality of perforated holes (15) formed to transmit air through the sheet but prevent moisture from passing therethrough, and provide sound absorption, ventilation, and antibacterial quality by reducing generation of molds. When the insulation sheets are attached to panels for various buildings, the insulation sheets can provide improved marketability by enhancing incombustibility, sound absorption, ventilation, dampproof property, anti-wrinkle property, burst preventive property, and so on, and by enhancing thermokeeping performance and thermal insulation performance. Because the insulation sheets are simply bonded and manufactured through a three-step process by first and second bonding means and a post-processing means, so promote productivity and workability.
본 발명은 건축용 열 반사 타입 보온 단열 시트 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 알루미늄 호일층(11)과, 상기 알루미늄 호일층 하부면에 접착제로 접착되는 PET(Polyester) 필름층(12)과, 상기 PET 필름층 하부면에 접착제로 접착되는 부직포층(13)의 다층 구조로 형성하되, 상기 보온 단열 시트(10)에는 시트 내,외측으로 공기는 투과하되 수분 투과가 방지되면서 흡음성, 통기성 및 곰팡이 등의 발생을 줄여 항균성을 갖도록 하는 타공(15)들을 다수 형성하여 각종 건축용 패널에 부착 사용하므로 불연 특성, 흡음성, 통기성, 방습성, 구김 방지, 파열 방지 등의 향상은 물론 열 반사 특성으로 보온 및 단열 성능이 향상되어 종래보다 상품성이 크게 개선되고, 뿐만 아니라 상기 보온 단열 시트를 1,2차 접합 수단 및 후 가공 수단에 의한 3단계 공정에 의해 간단히 접합 제조하므로 제조 생산성은 물론 작업성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
