The present invention relates to an eco-friendly elastic packing material using an agricultural by-product and polyurethane resin; and a constructing method thereof capable of providing an excellent combination of optimal tensile strength and an elongation ratio depending on a mix proportion which corresponds to a weight ratio of an agricultural by-product and polyurethane resin by using a rice husk, cut rice straw, and a rice straw mat as the agricultural by-product. Since the packing material has excellent elasticity and uses an eco-friendly material, it can be used indoors and outdoors. The eco-friendly elastic packing material of the present invention can reduce costs by using the agricultural by-product, and can provide a visual effect suited to Korean emotions.
본 발명은 농산부산물 및 폴리우레탄 수지를 이용한 친환경 탄성 포장재 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 농산부산물로, 왕겨, 절단 볏짚 및 볏짚매트를 이용하며, 상기 농산부산물과 폴리우레탄의 수지의 중량비에 따른 배합비에 따라 최적의 인장강도 및 신장률이 둘 다 우수한 조합을 확립한 것으로, 본 발명은 탄성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 친환경 소재를 사용하고 있으므로, 실외뿐만 아니라, 실내에서도 사용 가능한 포장재이다. 또한, 본 발명의 친환경 탄성 포장재는 농산부산물을 사용함으로써 비용절감효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 한국적 정서에 어울리는 시각적인 효과가 있는 것이다.
