Insulation with water proof and moisture proof function and method of construction using the same

The present invention relates to a separation insulation material having waterproof and moisture proof functions and a construction method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the separation insulation material for insulation and waterproof of a building bottom, a wall body, and a roof, and the construction method capable of efficiently and simply performing insulation construction for the bottom, the wall surface, and the roof by using the same such that problems caused by humidity of the ground surface like a basement or a ground floor can be resolved. The separation insulation material according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a predetermined thickness, and formed of an insulation material; a plurality of supporting protrusion portions protruded downwardly from the bottom surface of the main body, and arranged to be separate from each other; and a waterproof portion formed to surround the outer circumferential surface of the main body and the supporting protrusion portions for waterproof and moisture proof functions of the main body and the supporting protrusion portions.

본 발명은 방수 및 방습 기능을 갖는 이격단열재 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건물 바닥, 벽체, 지붕의 단열 및 방수를 위한 이격단열재와 이를 이용하여 지하나 지층과 같이 지면의 습기에 의한 문제가 발생되는 바닥, 벽면, 지붕을 간단하고 효율적으로 단열 시공할 수 있는 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이격단열재는 소정의 두께를 가지며, 단열 소재로 형성되는 본체와; 상기 본체의 하면으로부터 하방으로 돌출되고, 서로 이격되게 배치되는 복수의 지지돌기부와; 상기 본체와 상기 지지돌기부의 방수 및 방습을 위해 상기 본체와 상기 지지돌기부의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되는 방수부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
