The present invention provides an apparatus for remodeling an exterior wall of a building, as the apparatus for remodeling performing a maintenance work on the exterior wall of apartment houses, which comprises: a main body for moving along the exterior wall of the apartment house by a hanger and providing a space therein; a suction unit for allowing the main body to be brought into close contact with the exterior wall by air suction during the maintenance work on the wall; a photographing unit photographing the exterior wall and outputting an image to a user; a putty injection unit configured to perform putty supply to a crack detected through the image provided by the photographing unit; and a movement unit for causing the putty injection unit to move in X and Y axis directions. The present invention allows an operator to search for cracks occurring on the exterior wall of the apartment houses at a remote location remote from a work site and to control a putty injection operation with respect to the detected cracks, thereby reducing possibility of an accident.
본 발명은, 공동 주택의 외벽에 대한 보수 작업을 수행하는 보수 장치로서, 행거에 의해 상기 공동 주택의 외벽을 따라 이동하고 내측으로는 공간을 제공하는 본체; 상기 벽에 대한 보수 작업 시 공기 흡입에 의해 상기 본체가 상기 외벽에 밀착되도록 하는 흡입부; 상기 외벽을 촬영하여 영상을 출력하여 사용자에게 제공하는 촬영부; 상기 촬영부에서 제공하는 상기 영상을 통해 검색된 크랙에 대하여 퍼티 공급을 수행하는 퍼티 주입부; 상기 퍼티 주입부가 X, Y 축 방향으로 이동하도록 하는 이동부를 포함하는 건물 외벽 보수 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 작업자가 작업현장과 떨어진 원격지에서 공동 주택의 외벽에 발생한 균열을 검색하고, 검색된 균열에 대하여 퍼티 주입 작업을 제어할 수 있고, 이에 따라 안전사고 발생 가능성이 감소된다.
