PAINTING METHOD USING PAINT FOR ROAD SURFACE MARK AND THE PAINTING APPARATUS THEREOF
The present invention relates to a painting method using paint for a road surface display and a painting apparatus for the same. The painting apparatus allows a base material unit and a curing material unit to be injected through different nozzles and allows the curing material unit to be injected in the form of mist, thereby significantly reducing construction time by improving a problem in which the injecting nozzles are blocked during road surface displaying construction and preventing a volatile organic solvent from being used for cleaning the nozzles. Accordingly, environmental pollution can be significantly reduced, and curing stability and curing uniformity can be simultaneously maximized.
본 발명에 따른 노면표시용 도료를 이용한 도색방법 및 이를 위한 도색장치는 주제부와 경화제부를 별개의 노즐을 통하여 분사하되, 경화제부를 미스트 형태로 분사함으로써, 노면표시 시공도중 분사노즐이 막히는 문제를 획기적으로 개선하여 노면표시 시공시간을 매우 단축시키며 노즐 세척을 위하여 휘발성 유기용매를 사용하지 않게 되는바 대기환경오염을 현저히 줄일 수 있고, 경화안정성 및 경화균일성을 동시에 극대화시킬 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.

The present invention relates to a painting method using paint for a road surface display and a painting apparatus for the same.
