Noise reduction type prefabricated concrete formwork
The present invention relates to a prefabricated concrete formwork for noise reduction, wherein the formwork comprises: an outer frame having a pair of first outer frame members disposed opposite to each other and a pair of second outer frame members disposed at both ends of the first outer frame members; a corner bracket disposed at a corner of the outer frame to connect the first and second outer frame members; an inner frame engaged to the inside of the outer frame and having at least one first inner frame member for connecting the pair of first outer frame members and a plurality of second inner frame members for connecting the first inner frame member and the first inner frame member adjacent thereto, or the first inner frame member and the second outer frame member; and a panel fitted into lower ends of the outer and inner frames. The outer frame, the corner bracket and the inner frame are assembled by a bolt. The second inner frame members have a bottom portion which is brought into contact with the panel, and a vertical portion bent upwardly from one end of the bottom portion. The vertical portion is alternatively disposed along a center line of the bottom portion to effectively disperse impact energy and decrease noise generated when the frame is impacted. Also, the formwork can be partially repaired.
본 발명은 소음저감형 조립식 콘크리트 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 서로 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재 및 상기 제1외부프레임부재의 양단에 각각 배치되는 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 갖는 외부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임의 모서리에 각각 배치되어 상기 제1외부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결하는 코너브라켓과, 상기 외부프레임의 내측에 결합되되, 상기 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재를 연결하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제1내부프레임부재 및 상기 제1내부프레임부재와 인접하는 제1내부프레임부재, 또는 상기 제1내부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결하는 다수의 제2내부프레임부재를 갖는 내부프레임 및 상기 외부프레임과 상기 내부프레임의 하단 내측에 끼움 결합되는 패널을 포함하되, 상기 외부프레임과, 상기 코너브라켓 및 상기 내부프레임은 볼트에 의해 조립되고, 상기 다수의 제2내부프레임부재는 상기 패널에 접지되는 바닥부 및 상기 바닥부의 일측단부로부터 상방으로 절곡되는 수직부를 포함하되, 상기 바닥부의 중심선이 일치하고, 상기 수직부가 상기 중심선에 대해 일측과 타측에 교호로 배치되도록 설치됨으로써 충격에너지를 효과적으로 분산시킬 수 있고, 프레임 타격시 발생되는 소음을 저감시킬 수 있으며, 부분 보수가 가능한 소음저감형 조립식 콘크리트 거푸집을 제공한다.
Noise reduction type prefabricated concrete formwork
The present invention relates to a prefabricated concrete formwork for noise reduction, wherein the formwork comprises: an outer frame having a pair of first outer frame members disposed opposite to each other and a pair of second outer frame members disposed at both ends of the first outer frame members; a corner bracket disposed at a corner of the outer frame to connect the first and second outer frame members; an inner frame engaged to the inside of the outer frame and having at least one first inner frame member for connecting the pair of first outer frame members and a plurality of second inner frame members for connecting the first inner frame member and the first inner frame member adjacent thereto, or the first inner frame member and the second outer frame member; and a panel fitted into lower ends of the outer and inner frames. The outer frame, the corner bracket and the inner frame are assembled by a bolt. The second inner frame members have a bottom portion which is brought into contact with the panel, and a vertical portion bent upwardly from one end of the bottom portion. The vertical portion is alternatively disposed along a center line of the bottom portion to effectively disperse impact energy and decrease noise generated when the frame is impacted. Also, the formwork can be partially repaired.
본 발명은 소음저감형 조립식 콘크리트 거푸집에 관한 것으로, 서로 대향되게 배치되는 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재 및 상기 제1외부프레임부재의 양단에 각각 배치되는 한 쌍의 제2외부프레임부재를 갖는 외부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임의 모서리에 각각 배치되어 상기 제1외부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결하는 코너브라켓과, 상기 외부프레임의 내측에 결합되되, 상기 한 쌍의 제1외부프레임부재를 연결하는 적어도 하나 이상의 제1내부프레임부재 및 상기 제1내부프레임부재와 인접하는 제1내부프레임부재, 또는 상기 제1내부프레임부재와 상기 제2외부프레임부재를 연결하는 다수의 제2내부프레임부재를 갖는 내부프레임 및 상기 외부프레임과 상기 내부프레임의 하단 내측에 끼움 결합되는 패널을 포함하되, 상기 외부프레임과, 상기 코너브라켓 및 상기 내부프레임은 볼트에 의해 조립되고, 상기 다수의 제2내부프레임부재는 상기 패널에 접지되는 바닥부 및 상기 바닥부의 일측단부로부터 상방으로 절곡되는 수직부를 포함하되, 상기 바닥부의 중심선이 일치하고, 상기 수직부가 상기 중심선에 대해 일측과 타측에 교호로 배치되도록 설치됨으로써 충격에너지를 효과적으로 분산시킬 수 있고, 프레임 타격시 발생되는 소음을 저감시킬 수 있으며, 부분 보수가 가능한 소음저감형 조립식 콘크리트 거푸집을 제공한다.
