STRESS ABSORBING ASPHALT CONPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS THEREOF
A stress-absorbing asphalt composition of the present invention comprises: a binder in which 20-55 wt% of a resin and 45-80 wt% an asphalt binder are mixed; 0.03-0.3 parts by weight of a rapid curing adjustment agent based on the weight of the binder; and 1.25-1.75 parts by weight of an admixture based on the weight of the binder. In this case, the stress-absorbing asphalt composition is mixed with the resin so as to have excellent elasticity. In particular, the stress-absorbing asphalt composition of the present invention prevents cracks of a concrete bottom plate (1) and a concrete base layer (1) formed under a stress-absorbing layer from being transferred to a packing layer.
본 발명의 응력흡수용 아스팔트 조성물은 레진 20 ~ 55 중량%, 아스팔트 바인더 45 ~ 80 중량%,가 혼합되는 바인더; 바인더의 중량을 기준으로, 0.03~0.3 중량부가 혼합된 급속양생조절재; 1.25~1.75 중량부가 혼합된 혼화제;를 포함한다. 이 경우, 응력흡수용 아스팔트 조성물에는 레진이 혼합되어 탄성력이 우수하다. 특히 본 발명의 응력흡수용 아스팔트 조성물은 응력흡수층 하부에 형성된 콘크리트 바닥판(1)과 콘크리트 기층(1)의 균열이 포장층으로 전이되는 것을 방지한다.
