CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF INSULATED CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND INSULATED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
A method for constructing an adiabatic concrete structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes arranging an inner base portion on a base surface and arranging an outer base portion outside the inner base portion; vertically installing inner guide members spaced apart from each other on the inner base portion; coupling an inner heat insulating member to the inner guide member so that the inner heat insulating member is positioned between the inner guide members; vertically installing outer guide members spaced apart from each other on the outer base portion; coupling an outer heat insulating member to the outer guide member so that the outer heat insulating member is positioned between the outer guide members; connecting the inner heat insulating member and the outer guide member or connecting the outer heat insulating member and the inner guide member with a connecting member; and placing concrete between the inner heat insulating member and the outer heat insulating member. The adiabatic concrete structure construction method described above provides heat insulating properties by insulating portions functioning as a mold and being built with ease. In addition, strength improvement, earthquake resistance improvement, and inter-floor noise reduction can be achieved even without an increase in thickness.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 단열 콘크리트 구조물 시공 방법은, 기초면에 내측 베이스부가 배열되고, 내측 베이스부의 외측에 외측 베이스부가 배열되는 단계; 내측 베이스부 상에, 상호 간에 이격된 내측 가이드 부재들이 수직으로 설치되는 단계; 내측 가이드 부재들 사이에 내측 단열 부재가 위치되도록 내측 단열 부재를 내측 가이드 부재에 결합시키는 단계; 외측 베이스부 상에, 상호 간에 이격된 외측 가이드 부재들이 수직으로 설치되는 단계; 외측 가이드 부재들 사이에 외측 단열 부재가 위치되도록 외측 단열 부재를 외측 가이드 부재에 결합시키는 단계; 연결 부재로 내측 단열 부재와 외측 가이드 부재를 연결하거나, 외측 단열 부재와 내측 가이드 부재를 연결하는 단계; 및 내측 단열 부재와 외측 단열 부재 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 상기와 같은 단열 콘크리트 구조물 시공 방법은 단열부들이 거푸집으로서의 기능을 제공하면서 용이하게 시공되어 단열성을 제공하고, 두께의 증가없이도 강도, 내진성 및 층간 소음 차단을 향상시킨다.
