SANDWICH PANEL FOR CONSTRUCTION
A sandwich panel for construction is disclosed. According to the present invention, in the sandwich panel for construction, native rock powder is put into a metal frame to be compressed with predetermined pressure, and at the same time, is heated at a high temperature to be solid. Moreover, both sides of a noncombustible material formed by being heat treated at a predetermined temperature are formed to be completely surrounded by a metal plate. According to the present invention, the metal plate is arranged on both side surfaces of the noncombustible material to integrate and form the noncombustible material and the metal plate by a noncombustible additive to secure incombustibility capable of enduring high temperature flame and heat in case of fire. Moreover, emission of harmful gas is removed to prevent a human accident such as gas suffocation, and convenience for transportation can be provided to a worker through weight lightening in case of the transportation to an installation position for construction.
건축용 샌드위치패널이 개시된다. 본 발명의 건축용 샌드위치패널은, 천연석 분말을 금속틀에 넣어 일정 압력으로 압축함과 동시에 고온으로 가열하여 고체화하고 설정된 온도에서 열처리하여 형성된 불연재의 양측면을 금속판에 의해 완전히 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 불연재의 양측면에 금속판을 배치하고 불연성 접착제에 의해 불연재와 금속판을 일체화하여 형성함으로써 화재 발생시 고온의 화염과 열기에 견딜 수 있는 불연성을 확보하고, 유해가스의 방출을 없애 가스 질식 등의 인적사고를 방지할 수 있으며, 시공을 위해 설치 위치까지 운반시 경량화를 통해 작업자에게 운반의 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
