Construction Sandwich Panel
According to the present invention, suggested is a sandwich panel for construction, capable of being strong to a fire, and promoting lightening and aesthetic sensibility using a phenol form (PF) board which is a fire-retardant material. The sandwich panel of the present invention includes: a PE board of a predetermined thickness; and aluminum boards of a thin film shape laminated on both sides of the PE board. The PE board and the aluminum boards are combined through an adhesive, and holes bored at regular intervals are formed on the aluminum boards for an adhesive bonding force. Moreover, the PE board and the aluminum boards can be combined through screws, and, here, a specific pattern or phrase can be expressed on the outer surface of the aluminum boards through the screws. Moreover, according to the present invention, a metal exterior material can be combined tightly with the outer surface of the aluminum boards or combined with the same while forming a predetermined space. When the space is formed, insulation and noise-relief functions can be provided through its own air layer, or the space can be equipped or filled with various members performing other functions.
본 발명은 난연소재인 PF보드(페놀폼 보드)을 이용하여 화재에 강인하고, 경량화 및 심미감을 도모할 수 있는 건축용 샌드위치 패널을 제안한다. 본 발명의 샌드위치 패널은, 소정 두께의 PE 보드와, 상기 PE 보드의 양 면에 적층된 박막 형상의 알루미늄 보드를 포함하여 구성된다. 그리고 상기 PE 보드와 상기 알루미늄 보드는 접착제에 의해 결합되며, 상기 알루미늄 보드에는 접착 결합력을 위해 소정 간격으로 천공된 홀이 형성된다. 또한 PE 보드와 알루미늄 보드는 스크류나 나사를 이용하여 결합 가능하고, 이때 스크류 또는 나사를 이용하여 알루미늄 보드의 외면에 특정 문양이나 문구를 표현할 수 있다. 또 본 발명은 알루미늄 보드의 외면에 금속재 외장재가 밀착하여 결합하거나 일정 공간을 형성하면서 결합할 수 있다. 공간을 형성하면 자체 공기층에 의해 단열 및 소음 완화기능 등을 제공할 수 있고, 또는 공간에 다른 기능을 수행할 수 있는 다양한 부재 등을 설치하거나 충진할 수 있다.
