CONCRETE MOLD CLAMP USING WEDGE PIN AND METHOD FOR CLAMPING CONCRETE MOLD USING THIS SAME

The present invention relates to a mold clamp using a wedge pin and a mold assembly method using the same, and the objective of the present invention is to assemble building materials (a mold, an angle, reinforcement material, and the like) with a small hammer easily found in a site without using an electric tool. According to the present invention, the mold clamp using a wedge pin comprises: a clamp body (10); a locking device protruding from the clamp body and inserted into a hole formed on a mold; a bolt type fastening device (30) screw-coupled to the clamp body, and pressing and fixing a material assembled to the mold toward the locking device; and one or more wedge pins (40) installed in the clamp body in a wedge type to press and fix the material assembled to the mold toward the locking device. Accordingly, the mold and the material are clamped by rotation of the fastening device and hit of the wedge pin. Moreover, according to the present invention, the mold clamp comprises a wedge pin receiving groove for moving the wedge pine forward and backward and can apply only the wedge pin without the bolt type fastening device.

본 발명은 웨지핀을 이용한 거푸집 클램프 및 이를 이용한 거푸집 조립 방법에 관한 것으로, 건축 자재(거푸집, 앵글, 보강재 등)들을 전동 공구를 사용하지 않고 현장에서 쉽게 구하는 소형 해머(망치 등)를 이용하여 조립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 웨지핀을 이용한 거푸집 클램프는, 클램프 본체(10)와; 상기 클램프 본체에 돌출 형성되며 거푸집에 구비된 구멍에 끼워지는 록킹구(20)와; 상기 클램프 본체에 나사 체결되며 상기 거푸집에 조립되는 자재를 상기 록킹구쪽으로 눌러 고정하는 볼트형의 조임구(30)와; 상기 클램프 본체에 쐐기식으로 설치되어 상기 거푸집에 조립되는 자재를 상기 록킹구쪽으로 눌러 고정하는 하나 이상의 웨지핀(40)을 포함하며 상기 조임구의 회전과 상기 웨지핀은 타격에 의해 상기 거푸집과 자재를 클램핑한다. 본 발명은 상기 웨지핀의 전후진을 위한 웨지핀 수용홈을 포함한다. 본 발명은 볼트형의 조임구를 사용하지 않고 웨지핀만 적용되는 것도 가능하다.
