The present invention provides a steel pipe head cutting device as a device for cutting a head of a steel pipe installed in the ground and exposed to the ground, and arranging a cut portion. The steel pipe head cutting device comprises: a position display unit for irradiating the exposed head of the steel pipe with a laser to display a cutting position; a cutting unit disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the exposed head of the steel pipe, recognizing the cutting position on the steel pipe displayed by the position display unit, and then performing a cutting operation using plasma for the cutting position on the steel pipe; a fixing unit fixed to the portion to be cut of the steel pipe to maintain the disposition state of the cutting unit; and a moving unit for moving the cutting unit and the fixing unit to the steel pipe side and moving the cut portion of the steel pipe in a state where the fixing unit is fixed to the cut portion of the steel pipe. The fixing unit includes first and second fixing units connected to the moving unit and spaced apart by a predetermined distance. The present invention can shorten the working time, reduce the labor force, and improve the efficiency of the cutting operation and work productivity in cutting the head of the steel pipe exposed to an upper part of the ground, can ensure the horizontal quality of the cut surface during the cutting operation of the head of the steel pipe, and can prevent a safety accident when cutting the head of the steel pipe.
본 발명은, 지중에 시공되어 지면으로 노출된 강관의 두부를 절단하고 절단된 부위를 처리하는 장치로서, 노출된 상기 강관의 두부에 대하여 레이저를 조사하여 절단 위치를 표시하는 위치 표시부; 노출된 상기 강관의 두부의 외주면 상에 배치되고 상기 위치 표시부에 의해 표시되는 상기 강관 상의 절단 위치를 인식한 후, 상기 강관상의 상기 절단 위치에 대하여 플라즈마를 이용하여 절단 작업을 수행하는 절단부; 상기 강관의 절단 예정 부분에 고정되어 상기 절단부의 배치 상태가 유지되도록 하는 고정부; 및 상기 절단부와 상기 고정부를 상기 강관 측으로 이동시키고, 상기 강관의 절단된 부분에 상기 고정부가 고정된 상태에서 상기 강관의 절단된 부분을 이동시키는 이동부; 를 포함하고, 상기 고정부는 상기 이동부에 연결되되, 서로 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되는 제1 및 제2 고정부를 포함하는 강관 두부 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 지면의 상부로 노출되어 있는 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 작업 시간이 단축되고 노동력이 감소되며 절단작업의 효율 및 작업 생산성이 향상되도록 할 수 있고, 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 절단면의 수평 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a steel pipe head cutting device as a device for cutting a head of a steel pipe installed in the ground and exposed to the ground, and arranging a cut portion. 본 발명은, 지중에 시공되어 지면으로 노출된 강관의 두부를 절단하고 절단된 부위를 처리하는 장치로서, 노출된 상기 강관의 두부에 대하여 레이저를 조사하여 절단 위치를 표시하는 위치 표시부; 노출된 상기 강관의 두부의 외주면 상에 배치되고 상기 위치 표시부에 의해 표시되는 상기 강관 상의 절단 위치를 인식한 후, 상기 강관상의 상기 절단 위치에 대하여 플라즈마를 이용하여 절단 작업을 수행하는 절단부; 상기 강관의 절단 예정 부분에 고정되어 상기 절단부의 배치 상태가 유지되도록 하는 고정부; 및 상기 절단부와 상기 고정부를 상기 강관 측으로 이동시키고, 상기 강관의 절단된 부분에 상기 고정부가 고정된 상태에서 상기 강관의 절단된 부분을 이동시키는 이동부; 를 포함하고, 상기 고정부는 상기 이동부에 연결되되, 서로 일정 거리 이격되어 배치되는 제1 및 제2 고정부를 포함하는 강관 두부 절단 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 지면의 상부로 노출되어 있는 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 작업 시간이 단축되고 노동력이 감소되며 절단작업의 효율 및 작업 생산성이 향상되도록 할 수 있고, 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 절단면의 수평 품질을 확보할 수 있으며, 강관의 두부의 절단 작업 시 안전사고를 방지할 수 있다.
