The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a grating deck with an anticorrosive non-slip floor material applied thereon, capable of being installed to enable vehicles to drive therethrough or enable pedestrians to walk thereon to improve the quality and manufacturability of products by stably forming a connection hole connected to a drain hole of a grating deck on a non-slip layer. The method includes: a first step of preparing a manufacturing device including a deck body part including an application space formed inside a side wall part protruding upwards along the edge of a base part penetrated by a drain hole in a vertical direction, an anticorrosive non-slip floor material forming a non-slip layer, and a connection guide bar forming a connection hole penetrating the non-slip layer in a vertical direction to be connected to the drain hole; a second step of placing the deck body part in the upper part of the manufacturing device to make the connection guide bar inserted into the drain hole to protrude therefrom; a third step of forming the non-slip layer by applying the anticorrosive non-slip floor material to the application space and hardening the same; and a fourth step of forming the connection hole corresponding to the connection guide bar on the non-slip layer by separating the deck body part from the manufacturing device.
미끄럼방지층에 그레이팅 데크의 배수홀과 연통되는 연통홀을 안정적으로 형성하여 제품의 품질성 및 제조편의성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 차량 통행 내지 보행자의 보행이 가능하도록 설치되는 내부식성 미끄럼방지용 바닥재가 도포된 그레이팅 데크의 제조방법에 있어서, 배수홀이 상하방향으로 관통 형성된 베이스부의 테두리를 따라 상향 돌출된 측벽부의 내부에 도포공간이 형성된 데크몸체부, 미끄럼방지층을 형성하는 내부식성 미끄럼방지용 바닥재 및 상기 배수홀과 연통되도록 상기 미끄럼방지층에 상하방향으로 관통된 연통홀을 형성하는 연통가이드바가 구비된 제조장치가 준비되는 제1단계; 상기 배수홀에 연통가이드바가 삽입 및 돌출되도록 상기 데크몸체부가 상기 제조장치의 상부에 안착되는 제2단계; 상기 내부식성 미끄럼방지용 바닥재가 상기 도포공간에 도포 및 경화되어 상기 미끄럼방지층이 형성되는 제3단계; 및 상기 데크몸체부가 상기 제조장치로부터 분리되어 상기 미끄럼방지층에 상기 연통가이드와 대응되도록 상기 연통홀이 형성되는 제4단계를 포함하는 내부식성 미끄럼방지용 바닥재가 도포된 그레이팅 데크의 제조방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a grating deck with an anticorrosive non-slip floor material applied thereon, capable of being installed to enable vehicles to drive therethrough or enable pedestrians to walk thereon to improve the quality and manufacturability of products by stably forming a connection hole connected to a drain hole of a grating deck on a non-slip layer.
