APPARATUS FOR COMPENSATING THE WEIGHT OF HEAVY MACHINERY BOOM

The present invention relates to an apparatus for compensating a weight of a boom of a heavy equipment, and more specifically, relates to an apparatus for compensating a weight of a boom of a heavy equipment, which is able to, while the boom is being lowered from the heavy equipment with the boom such as an excavator and loader, accumulate potential energy by the weight of the boom and to lift up the boom by using the accumulated energy, thereby reducing energy loss for driving the boom. According to the present invention, the apparatus for compensating the weight of the boom of the heavy equipment, which aims to compensate the weight of the boom of the heavy equipment, comprises a compensating means which accumulates potential energy by the weight of the boom, which is reduced by lowering the boom of the heavy equipment, and converts the accumulated energy to apply an external force to the boom in a direction to elevate the boom of the heavy equipment.

본 발명은 중장비 붐 무게 보상 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 굴삭기나 로더 등과 같이 붐이 구비된 중장비에서 붐을 내리는 동안에 붐의 무게에 의한 위치에너지를 축적하였다가 축적된 에너지를 이용하여 붐을 들어올림으로써 붐의 구동에 필요한 에너지 손실을 줄일 수 있는 중장비 붐 무게 보상 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중장비 붐 무게 보상 장치는, 붐이 구비된 중장비의 붐의 무게를 보상하기 위한 중장비 붐 무게 보상 장치에 있어서, 중장비의 붐의 하강으로 감소되는 붐의 무게에 의한 위치에너지를 축적하고, 축적된 에너지를 전환하여 상기 중장비의 붐을 상승시키는 방향으로 상기 붐에 외력을 가하는 보상수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
