The present invention relates to an assembling and gap finishing device for a wood deck, which covers a gap between wood decks (2) spaced apart in a longitudinal direction while connecting the wood decks (2) spaced apart in longitudinal and lateral directions in a wood deck assembly comprising a plurality of support bars (1) arranged in parallel and a plurality of wood decks (2) having a coupling groove (3) formed on both lateral side surfaces, installed to cross the support bar (1), and spaced apart in the longitudinal and lateral directions. According to the present invention, the assembling and gap finishing device comprises: a center head part including a band-shaped vertical protrusion (11) disposed in the gap (4) between the wood decks (2) and a center cover (12) extended in a lateral direction on the top of the vertical protrusion (11); a pair of sidearm parts (20, 21) upwardly protruding from the middle or lower side of the vertical protrusion (11) of the center head part (10) to both lateral sides to be elastically deformed to be close to or separated from the vertical protrusion (11) of the center head part (10) by external force; and a coupling plate part (30) horizontally protruding from the middle or lower side of at least one longitudinal end of the vertical protrusion (11) of the center head part (10) to be inserted into the coupling groove (3) of the wood deck (2).
