3 Triple interlocking sliding door system
The present invention relates to a triple interlocking sliding door system, which includes upper and lower rails disposed on upper and lower sides of a wall, and a front door, a central door and a rear door slidably provided in parallel between the upper rail and lower rail. A central support is provided on an upper surface of the central door. On the upper surface of the central support, a roller block having a roller which rotates while sliding along the upper rails is provided. Pulleys surrounded by a belt are provided on both ends to be spaced apart. A front support is provided on an upper surface of the front door. A roller block having a roller which rotates while sliding along the upper rail is provided on an upper surface of the front support. A front gripper for gripping the belt is provided at an end. A part of the belt protrudes outward and an outer surface of the protruding portion is compressed and gripped by the front gripper, thereby making a door slim by narrowing the width of an overlap portion between the central door and the front and rear doors.
본 발명은 3중 연동 슬라이딩 도어 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 특히 벽체의 상하측에 배치되는 상하부레일과, 상기 상부레일과 하부레일 사이에 평행하게 설치되어 슬라이딩되는 전면도어와 중앙도어 및 후면도어를 포함하는 것으로서; 상기 중앙도어의 상면에는 중앙지지대가 설치되고, 상기 중앙지지대의 상면에는 상기 상부레일을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 회전하는 롤러가 구비된 롤러블록이 설치됨과 아울러 벨트에 의해 둘러싸인 풀리가 양 끝단에 이격되게 설치되며; 상기 전면도어의 상면에는 전면지지대가 설치되고, 상기 전면지지대의 상면에는 상기 상부레일을 따라 슬라이딩하면서 회전하는 롤러가 구비된 롤러블록이 설치됨과 아울러 상기 벨트를 파지하는 전면파지구가 끝단에 설치되되; 상기 벨트는 일부분이 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 후 그 돌출 부분의 외측면이 상기 전면파지구에 의해 압착되어 파지되므로, 중앙도어와 전후면도어의 겹치는 폭이 좁아져서 도어를 슬림하게 만들 수 있는 효과가 있다.
