The present invention relates to an interlocking device of a triple sliding door capable of minimizing generation of noise while stably maintaining sliding movement of a triple sliding door. An interlocking device of a triple sliding door according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rail unit having a first guide unit, a second guide unit and a third guide unit formed on a lower center, a front surface and a back surface of an installation unit fixated to an upper part of a door frame in a longitudinal direction, respectively and having respective reinforcement ribs inside the first guide unit, second guide unit and third guide unit; a slider unit having a first slider movably installed along the first guide unit and having an intermediate door fixated, a second slider movably installed along the second guide unit and having a front door fixated on the front surface of the intermediate door and a third slider movably installed along the inside of the third guide unit and having a back door movably installed on the back surface of the intermediate door; a belt unit installed to be rotated between a pair of pulleys installed in an upper part of the first slider; and an interlocking unit movably inserted into the second guide unit and third guide unit and fixating the second slider and third slider to the belt unit to make the front door and back door relatively move with respect to the intermediate door while the belt unit moves.
3중 중첩되게 연동되는 도어들의 슬라이딩 이동을 안정적으로 유지하면서 소음의 발생을 최대한 방지할 수 있는 3중 슬라이딩 도어의 연동장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 3중 슬라이딩 도어 연동장치는, 문틀의 상부에 고정되는 설치판부의 하부 중앙, 전면 및 후면에 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부가 설치판부의 길이방향으로 각각 형성되고, 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부의 내측에 보강리브가 형성되는 레일부; 제1안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어가 고정되는 제1슬라이더와, 제2안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어의 전면에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 전면도어가 고정되는 제2슬라이더와, 제3안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어의 후면에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 후면도어가 고정되는 제3슬라이더를 구비하는 슬라이더부; 제1슬라이더의 상부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 풀리 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벨트부; 및 제2안내부 및 제3안내부에 이동 가능하게 끼워지고 제2슬라이더 및 제3슬라이더를 벨트부에 고정 결합하여 벨트부가 이동할 때 전면도어 및 후면도어가 중간도어와 상대 이동하도록 하는 연동부를 포함할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to an interlocking device of a triple sliding door capable of minimizing generation of noise while stably maintaining sliding movement of a triple sliding door. An interlocking device of a triple sliding door according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rail unit having a first guide unit, a second guide unit and a third guide unit formed on a lower center, a front surface and a back surface of an installation unit fixated to an upper part of a door frame in a longitudinal direction, respectively and having respective reinforcement ribs inside the first guide unit, second guide unit and third guide unit; a slider unit having a first slider movably installed along the first guide unit and having an intermediate door fixated, a second slider movably installed along the second guide unit and having a front door fixated on the front surface of the intermediate door and a third slider movably installed along the inside of the third guide unit and having a back door movably installed on the back surface of the intermediate door; a belt unit installed to be rotated between a pair of pulleys installed in an upper part of the first slider; and an interlocking unit movably inserted into the second guide unit and third guide unit and fixating the second slider and third slider to the belt unit to make the front door and back door relatively move with respect to the intermediate door while the belt unit moves.
3중 중첩되게 연동되는 도어들의 슬라이딩 이동을 안정적으로 유지하면서 소음의 발생을 최대한 방지할 수 있는 3중 슬라이딩 도어의 연동장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 3중 슬라이딩 도어 연동장치는, 문틀의 상부에 고정되는 설치판부의 하부 중앙, 전면 및 후면에 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부가 설치판부의 길이방향으로 각각 형성되고, 제1안내부, 제2안내부 및 제3안내부의 내측에 보강리브가 형성되는 레일부; 제1안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어가 고정되는 제1슬라이더와, 제2안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어의 전면에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 전면도어가 고정되는 제2슬라이더와, 제3안내부를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되고 중간도어의 후면에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 후면도어가 고정되는 제3슬라이더를 구비하는 슬라이더부; 제1슬라이더의 상부에 설치되는 한 쌍의 풀리 사이에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 벨트부; 및 제2안내부 및 제3안내부에 이동 가능하게 끼워지고 제2슬라이더 및 제3슬라이더를 벨트부에 고정 결합하여 벨트부가 이동할 때 전면도어 및 후면도어가 중간도어와 상대 이동하도록 하는 연동부를 포함할 수 있다.
