The present invention relates to a high-frequency induction heater for separating a girder and a floor plate. According to the present invention, the high-frequency induction heater for separating the girder and the floor plate comprises: a moving unit (100) which is movable on the floor plate (20) in one direction and to have a supply unit (200) to supply electric energy; and an induction coil unit (500) which receives electric energy from the supply unit (200), including: a first coil unit (510) which faces the other surface (10b) of the girder (10), which is the opposite surface to one surface (10a) of the girder (10) coming in contact with the floor plate (20), and a second coil unit (520) which faces one side surface (10c) of the girder (10) connecting the one surface (10a) to the other surface (10b) of the girder by being bent upwards from the first coil unit (510). When the moving unit (100) moves in one direction on the floor plate (20), the induction coil unit (500) moves in a longitudinal direction of the girder (10), thereby continuously performing an induction heating on the girder (10). The present invention aims to provide a high-frequency induction heater for separating a girder and floor plate, which is able to perform an induction heating on the girder to easily separate the girder from the floor plate.
본 발명은 거더-바닥판 분리용 고주파유도가열기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 거더-바닥판 분리용 고주파유도가열기는 바닥판(20) 상에서 일방향으로 이동가능하고, 전기에너지를 공급하는 공급부(200)가 구비된 이동부(100), 및 공급부(200)로부터 전기에너지를 공급받고, 바닥판(20)과 접촉하는 거더(10)의 일면(10a)의 반대면인 거더(10)의 타면(10b)과 마주보고 제1 코일부(510) 및 제1 코일부(510)로부터 상측으로 절곡되어 거더(10)의 일면(10a)과 타면(10b)을 연결하는 거더(10)의 일측면(10c)과 마주보는 제2 코일부(520)를 포함하는 유도코일부(500)를 포함하고, 이동부(100)가 바닥판(20) 상에서 일방향으로 이동하면, 유도코일부(500)는 거더(10)의 길이방향을 따라 이동하면서, 거더(10)를 연속적으로 유도가열시킨다.
