The present invention is to provide a base pad for pad-mounted equipment, which can secure a workspace for a worker during maintenance work of the pad-mounted equipment to improve the quality of construction and reduce the possibility of an accident involving the worker. According to an aspect of the present invention, the base pad for pad-mounted equipment comprises an equipment installation portion in which the pad-mounted equipment is installed, and a workspace portion which is coupled to the equipment installation portion in a lateral direction and has a workspace communicating with the equipment installation portion. Preferably, the equipment installation portion and workspace portion can be detachably installed. Preferably, work holes can be formed in parts of the equipment installation portion and the workspace portion where both of the portions correspond. Preferably, the base pad for pad-mounted equipment can include a protrusion line protruding from a side of either one of the equipment installation portion and the workspace portion; and an insertion line which is pitted from the opposite side of the other of the equipment installation portion and the workspace portion to receive the protruding line.
