The construction method has the beneficial effects that the problems that backfill soil needs to be manually flattened, the flatness and punning degree of small and irregular grooves and edge parts on a plane are difficult to meet the requirements, a base is prone to sinking after construction is completed, the ground is separated from the base, a cavity is formed, the ground cracks at the position of the reversed beam, a bottom plate leaks, and the backfill soil sinking is more serious are effectively solved.
本发明提供一种地面基层处理方法，包括：反梁与底板形成一第一凹槽，在所述第一凹槽内留设第二凹槽；拆模后，将止水件放置在所述第二凹槽内；将土方与水泥按一定比例混合，加入清水搅拌均匀，形成水泥土搅拌物；将所述第一凹槽内部清理干净；将所述水泥土搅拌物灌注入所述第一凹槽内，灌注至于所述反梁顶端齐平。本发明的有益效果是有效的解决回填土需要人工摊平，针对小小及平面上不规整的凹槽以及边缘部位的平整度、夯实度很难符合要求的问题，且施工完成后常常发生基层下沉，地面与基层脱离，形成空腔，使地面在反梁处开裂，底板发生渗漏，导致回填土下沉更为严重的问题。
