Precast concrete slab track panel composition using low viscosity-high flow cement
The present invention relates to a concrete composition for precast slab track panel, which uses cement having low viscosity and high fluidity to secure a high fluidity for improving productivity and the quality of precast secondary products and reaches a removal strength of 35 MPa and ages of 16 hours. The present invention provides a concrete composition for precast slab track panel, mixed with binders, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and water. The binder is a low viscosity and high fluid cement having 4,500-5,200 cm^2/g of a specific surface area, 0.6% or less of a total of alkali (T.A), 45 μm or less of a diameter, 2.0 wt% or less of residue rate, 3.5-3.7 wt% of SO_3 content, is mixed 430-440 kg per 1m^3, has 33-34 wt% of water-binder ratio and 40-48 vol% of fine aggregate rate, and has a polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent added by 0.8-1.3 wt% compared with the binder. Under a curing condition executing 450-500 mm of slump flow and a constant temperature process of atmospheric steam curing for 5 hours, the present invention has physical properties of aging of 16 hours and 35 MPa or more of compressive strength, and aging of 28 days and 45 MPa or more of compressive strength.
본 발명은 저점성 고유동 시멘트를 이용하여 프리캐스트 2차 제품의 생산성 및 품질 향상을 위한 고유동성을 확보하고, 재령 16시간에 탈형강도 35MPa에 도달하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 패널용 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「결합재, 굵은골재, 잔골재 및 물이 배합된 콘크리트 조성물로서, 상기 결합재는 비표면적 4,500~5,200㎠/g, 총 알칼리량(T.A) 0.6% 이하, 직경 45㎛ 이하 잔사율 2.0wt% 이하, SO함량 3.5~3.7wt%인 저점성 고유동 시멘트로서, 1㎥ 당 430~440kg 배합되고, 물-결합재비 33~34wt%, 잔골재율 40~48vol%이며, 폴리카르본산계 감수제가 상기 결합재 대비 0.8~1.3wt% 첨가되어, 슬럼프플로우 450~500mm, 상압증기양생의 정온공정을 5시간 실시한 양생조건에서 재령 16시간 압축강도 35MPa 이상 및 재령 28일 압축강도 45MPa 이상의 물성이 발현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도 패널용 콘크리트 조성물」을 제공한다.
