Reducer for cover of the cargo box of dump truck
The present invention relates to a reducer for a cover of a cargo box of a cargo truck, and more specifically, relates to a reducer for a cover of a cargo box of a cargo truck, which is installed in the cargo box of the cargo truck or a dump truck to be used for an automatic opening/closing apparatus of the cover, which prevents a loaded article from becoming dislodged and prevents foreign substances from falling while the truck is moving, and to allow a user to conveniently control a rev count or a rotatory power of the cover. According to the present invention, the reducer for the cover of the cargo box of the cargo truck comprises: an input unit (11) connected to a driving motor (10) to have a worm gear (14) placed on an outer circumferential edge on one side of a rotary shaft (13), which receives the rotatory power of the driving motor, to be installed on one side within the main frame (20); a power transfer unit (30) which includes: a first gear (32), whose both ends are rotatably fixated and installed on an internal side of the main frame (20), and whose one end is at right angles to the worm gear (14) to receive the rotatory power of the worm gear (14), and a second gear (34) placed on the same shaft as that of the first gear (32) to be distanced from the first gear (32) by a certain interval and to have an external diameter, which is different from that of the first gear; and a reducing gear unit (40) which includes: a rotary shaft (41) installed parallel to the power transfer unit (30) by having a driving gear (45) engaged with an output gear (52) placed on an internal side end of an output shaft (51) outputted towards an external side of the main frame (20) to be placed on one side of an outer circumferential edge, and a first reducing gear (42) and a second reducing gear (44) which are selectively engaged with a first gear (32) or a second gear (34) of the power transfer unit (30), to have a greater diameter than that of the first gear (32) and that of the second gear (34) to reduce to different rev counts, to have different external diameters, and to be inserted into and engaged with the outer circumferential edge of the rotary shaft (41).
본 발명은 화물차량의 적재함 덮개용 감속기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 카고트럭 또는 덤프트럭의 적재함에 설치되어 주행 중 적재물의 이탈방지와 이물질의 낙하방지를 하는 덮개의 자동개폐장치에 이용되어 덮개의 회전수 또는 회전력을 간편하게 조절할 수 있도록 구성되는 것으로, 구동모터(10)에 연결되어 구동모터의 회전력을 전달받는 회전축(13)의 일측 외주연에 웜기어(14)가 구비되어 본체(20)의 내부 일측으로 설치되는 입력부(11); 상기 본체(20)의 내부에 양단이 회전 가능하게 고정 설치되되, 일단에 상기 웜기어(14)에 직교되게 설치되어 웜기어(14)의 회전력을 전달받는 제1기어(32)와, 상기 제1기어(32)와 동일축상에서 제1기어(32)와 일정거리 이격되어 제1기어와 다른 외경으로 이루어지는 제2기어(34)가 구비된 동력전달부(30); 상기 본체(20)의 외측으로 출력되는 출력축(51)의 내측단에 구비된 출력기어(52)에 맞물리는 구동기어(45)가 외주연 일측에 구비되어 상기 동력전달부(30)에 평행하게 설치되는 회전축(41)과, 상기 동력전달부(30)의 제1기어(32) 또는 제2기어(34)에 선택적으로 맞물려 서로 다른 회전수로 감속되도록 제1기어(32) 및 제2기어(34)보다 대구경으로 구성되면서 서로 다른 외경으로 이루어져 상기 회전축(41)의 외주연에 끼움 결합되는 제1감속기어(42) 및 제2감속기어(44)가 구비된 감속기어부(40);를 포함하여 구성된다.
