The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for forming a horizontal tunnel connection unit of a vertical structure which are applied to a downward method for lowering a vertical wall of a prescribed height completed by excavating a vertical hole and pouring concrete at a site to a lower portion of the vertical hole from the ground. According to the present invention, the method for forming a horizontal tunnel connection unit of a vertical structure comprises: a step of installing a temporary structure (100) on the ground; a step of installing a concrete form (200) on the temporary structure (100); a step of installing a support (270) in the concrete form (200); a step of placing a form panel (400) for horizontal tunnel connection on the support (270); a step of excavating a vertical hole in the temporary structure (100), and pouring concrete between the concrete form (200) and the form panel (400) for horizontal tunnel connection to form a vertical wall for horizontal tunnel connection; a step of lowering the vertical wall for horizontal tunnel connection into the vertical hole to a prescribed depth; a step of integrally forming a vertical wall on an upper end of the vertical wall for horizontal tunnel connection by the concrete form (200); and a step of lowering the vertical wall with the vertical wall for horizontal tunnel connection.

본 발명은 수직구의 굴착과 동시에 현장에서 콘크리트 타설을 통해 완성되는 일정높이의 수직구 벽체를 지상에서 수직구 하부로 하강시키는 하향식 공법에 적용되는 수직구 구조물의 수평터널 연결부 성형방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수직구 구조물의 수평터널 연결부 성형방법은 지상에 가설구조물(100)이 설치되는 단계와, 가설구조물(100)에 콘크리트 거푸집(200)이 설치되는 단계와, 상기 콘크리트 거푸집(200) 내부에 지지대(270)가 설치되는 단계와, 상기 지지대(270)에 수평터널 연결용 거푸집패널(400)이 안착되는 단계와, 가설구조물(100)의 내부에서 수직구가 굴착됨과 동시에 상기 콘크리트 거푸집(200)과 수평터널 연결용 거푸집패널(400)의 사이로 콘크리트가 타설되어 수평터널 연결용 수직구 벽체가 성형되는 단계와, 수평터널 연결용 수직구 벽체가 수직구 내부로 일정 깊이 하강되는 단계와, 상기 콘크리트 거푸집(200)을 통해 수평터널 연결용 수직구 벽체의 상단에 수직구 벽체가 일체로 성형되는 단계와, 상기 수직구 벽체가 수평터널 연결용 수직구와 함께 동반 하강되는 단계를 포함한다.
