CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REDUCING FLOOR NOISE IN PARKING LOT
According to the present invention, a construction method of reducing a noise of a parking lot floor includes: a step of performing first perforation by using a drill to a predetermined depth of foundation concrete forming a mat foundation on the bottom thereof by passing through a drainage board from an upper surface of floor concrete forming an upper structure of an underground parking lot floor; a step of performing second perforation to the whole depth of the floor concrete with a larger diameter than the diameter during the first perforation at a portion performing the first perforation; a step of installing a set anchor by vertically erecting the same on the floor of the first perforation and fixing a strong to the mat foundation by hitting the strong of the set anchor; a step of injecting urethane into the second perforation and filling the surrounding of the drainage board and the inside of the perforation with the urethane; and a step of performing epoxy sealing so that a nut is embedded in the upper portion of the perforation after fixing the set anchor to the upper end of the bolt of the set anchor by coupling the nut thereto.
본 발명에 따른 주차장 바닥의 소음 저감 공사 방법은 지하주차장 바닥 상부구조를 형성하는 바닥 콘크리트의 상면으로부터 배수판을 통과하여 그 아래에 매트기초를 형성하는 기초 콘크리트의 소정의 깊이까지 드릴을 이용하여 1차 천공을 실시하는 단계와, 상기 1차 천공을 실시한 부분에 1차 천공시 직경보다 더 큰 직경으로 바닥 콘크리트 전체 깊이까지 2차 천공을 실시하는 단계와, 셋트앙카를 상기 1차 천공의 바닥에 수직하게 세워 설치하고 상기 셋트앙카의 스트롱을 타격하여 상기 스트롱을 매트기초에 고정시키는 단계와, 상기 2차 천공 내부에 우레탄을 주입하여 상기 배수판 주변과 천공 내부를 우레탄으로 충진시키는 단계와, 상기 셋트앙카의 볼트 상단에 너트를 결합시켜 셋트앙카를 고정한 후 천공 상부에 너트가 매립되도록 에폭시 씰링을 수행하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
