The present invention relates to a median strip for preventing a running vehicle of an opposite road on a highway from intruding. An emergency turning apparatus for a median strip comprises: a plurality of support units (10) arranged on an installation line of the median strip; a rotary shaft unit (20) hinge-coupled to the support units (10) by a first rotating mechanism to rotate; a guardrail unit (30) coupled to the rotary shaft unit (20) by a second rotating mechanism (32) to horizontally rotate along the first rotating mechanism (22) and vertically rotate along the second rotating mechanism (32); and a notifying unit coupled to the guardrail unit (30) to notify a running vehicle of the opposite lane of an emergency situation. A vehicle is quickly induced to turn by rotating the emergency turning apparatus horizontally and vertically to minimize traffic congestion of the highway even if an emergency situation occurs on the highway.
본 발명은 고속도로상에 반대편 차로의 주행차량이 침범하는 것을 방지하는 중앙분리대에 관한 것으로서, 상기 중앙분리대의 설치라인에 배열되는 다수개의 지지부(10)와; 상기 지지부(10)에 제1회전기구(22)를 통해 힌지식으로 결합되어 회전하는 회전축부(20); 상기 회전축부(20)에 제2회전기구(32)를 통해 결합되어 상기 제1회전기구(22)를 따라 좌우방향으로 회전함은 물론 상기 제2회전기구(32)를 따라 상하방향으로 회전하는 가드레일부(30); 및 상기 가드레일부(30)에 결합되어 상기 반대편 차선의 주향차량에 비상상황을 알려주는 알림부를 포함함으로써, 상기 고속도로에 비상상황이 발생하더라도 상기 비상회차장치를 좌우방향은 물론 상하방향으로 회동하여 차량의 회차를 신속하게 유도함으로써 상기 고속도로의 차량정체를 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
