The present invention relates to a median strip plastic guardrail including a plastic guard plate fixed in a transverse direction to vertical posts provided along a road median strip. The guardrail of the present invention is formed in a wave shape in which an inward fixing part and an outward buffer part are continuous, wherein the fixing part is filled with resin. In addition, the buffer part comprises: an external structure having a plurality of inward first ribs; an internal structure having fitting grooves into which the first ribs can be fitted and inserted among a plurality of outward second ribs; and an intermediate layer for connecting the end portions of the first and second ribs to alternate the same such that the end portion of the first rib is positioned at an inlet of the fitting groove when the internal and external structures face each other. In the structure, the guard plate can be firmly fixed to the post, wherein when an impact is applied to the external structure, the intermediate layer is broken, and the first rib is forcibly inserted into the fitting groove such that the impact is relieved.
