Disclosed is a sandwich panel excellent in flame-retardancy and sound insulation. More particularly, the sandwich panel comprises: an intermediate layer consisting of a polyurethane mixture containing a flame retardant; and a panel layer formed on upper and lower surfaces of the intermediate layer and made of a panel having excellent incombustibility and light weight. The sandwich panel having the structure can be used for exterior of buildings, and exhibits excellent flame-retardancy, heat insulation, sound insulation, and workability.
