Sandwich panel with excellent insulation and heat resistance
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel having excellent heat insulation and heat resistance. According to the method for manufacturing a sandwich panel, by layering prepreg on both sides of a honeycomb filled with glass fiber needle felt, the sandwich panel has excellent heat insulation, sound absorption, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance, and thus can be widely used as various building materials, a partition of refrigerator and freezer cars, a closet, etc. In addition, the flame retardancy is increased by additionally injecting an inorganic incombustible material before injecting a flame retardant into a foamed polystyrene panel, and the inorganic incombustible material sufficiently absorbs the flame retardant to further increase the flame retardancy of the foamed polystyrene panel. After the injection of the inorganic incombustible material and flame retardant, water contained in the inorganic incombustible material and the flame retardant is sufficiently removed by going through two dehydration processes. Accordingly, a high quality sandwich panel can be provided by improving adhesion of the foamed polystyrene panel to exterior materials such as a steel plate. The method for manufacturing a sandwich panel comprises the steps of: manufacturing a heat insulation panel; preparing a foamed polystyrene panel; and laminating panels.
본 발명은 단열성 및 내열성이 우수한 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법은 유리섬유 니들펠트가 충진된 허니콤의 양면에 프리프레그가 층합됨으로써, 단열성, 흡음성, 난연성, 내마모성, 내충격성 등이 뛰어난 샌드위치 패널이 됨으로써, 각종 건축자재, 냉장 및 냉동차의 칸막이, 벽장 등으로 광범위하게 사용이 가능할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 상기 샌드위치 패널의 제조방법은 발포폴리스티렌 패널에 난연제를 주입하기 전에 무기질 불연재를 추가로 주입함에 따른 난연성을 증대시키는 한편, 상기 무기질 불연재가 난연제를 충분히 흡수하게 되어 발포폴리스티렌 패널의 난연성을 더욱 더 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 무기질 불연재 주입 및 난연제 주입 후에 2차례의 탈수공정을 거침에 따라 무기질 불연재 주입 및 난연제에 포함된 수분을 충분히 제거함으로써 발포폴리스티렌 패널에 철판과 같은 외장재와의 접착력을 향상시킴으로써 양질의 샌드위치 패널을 제공할 수 있다.
