OXIDATION RESISTANT COATING COMPOSITION AND COATING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a coating composition with excellent oxidation resistance required for a space projectile. The coating composition according to the invention comprises: 7 to 8 wt% of Al oxide; 40 to 50 wt% of Si oxide; 15 to 25 wt% of Ca carbonate; 10 to 20 wt% of Zn oxide; 3 to 7 wt% of Na oxide; and remaining unavoidable impurities.
본 발명은 우주 발사체에 요구되는 우수한 내산화성을 구비한 코팅 조성물을 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코팅 조성물은, Al 산화물: 7~8 중량%, Si 산화물: 40~50 중량%, Ca 탄산화물: 15~25 중량%, Zn 산화물: 10~20 중량%, Na 산화물: 3~7 중량%와 나머지 불가피한 불순물을 포함한다.
