Guide apparatus for manufacturing drain board
The present invention relates to a composite guide device for manufacturing a drain board, and more specifically, to a composite guide device for manufacturing a drain board, which guides the drainage core to an inner side and guides the filter material at an outer side of the drainage core when supplying a drainage core and a filter material, respectively. The composite guide device improves product quality and productivity by bending and forming the drainage core in a semicircular shape during manufacturing of the drain board and forming the filter material which surrounds an outer side of the drainage core in a cylindrical shape, and has merits of reducing defect rate and obtaining cost reduction effect by facilitating central line alignment of the drainage core and filter material supplied and allowing the aligned state to be maintained without the center thereof being shaken. The composite guide device for manufacturing the drain board of the present invention includes: a holder unit including a fixing part in which fixing holes for ground fixing are formed and an integral ring-shaped installation part; fixing bolts inserted into and fixed to the fixing holes; and a guide body inserted into the ring-shaped installation part and fixed by the fixing bolts, and bending the drainage core supplied in a plane form in a semicircular shape, modifying the filter material into a circular shape while allowing the filter material to surround the outer surface of the drainage core formed in the semicircular shape, and guiding the drainage core and the filter material.
본 발명은 드레인보드 제조용 복합 가이드장치에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 배수코어와 필터재를 각각 공급할 때 내측으로 배수코어를 안내하고 배수코어의 외측으로는 필터재를 안내하도록 한 드레인보드 제조용 복합 가이드장치에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 드레인보드 제조용 복합 가이드장치에 있어서, 바닥에 고정시키는 고정공을 형성한 고정부와 일체로 링 형태의 설치부를 구비한 홀더수단과; 상기 고정공에 끼워져 결합되는 고정볼트와; 상기 링 형태의 설치부에 끼워져 고정볼트에 의해 고정되면서 평면형태로 공급되는 배수코어는 반원형으로 절곡시키고 필터재는 반원형으로 형성된 배수코어의 외측면을 감싸면서 원형의 형상으로 변형시키면서 배수코어와 필터재를 안내하는 가이드몸체로 이루어진 것에 그 특징이 있다.
