CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ROTATIONAL PENETRATION PILE
Provided in the present invention is a construction method for a rotational penetration pile, which can solve the problem that debris such as soil is introduced through an opening hole of a rotational penetration pile. To this end, the construction method for a rotational penetration pile according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) that a rotational penetration pile is prepared, which has a pile body having an inner space disposed on the inside and an opening hole arranged at an upper end portion of the pile body so as to be connected to the inner space; a step (b) that a blocking member is temporarily connected to the rotational penetration pile so as to cover the opening hole; a step (c) that the rotational penetration pile to which the blocking member is temporarily connected is penetrated into the ground such that the upper end portion thereof may be located under the ground surface; a step (d) that the ground over the rotational penetration pile penetrated into the ground is excavated so as to expose the upper end portion of the rotational penetration pile to the outside; a step (e) that the blocking member is separated from the opening hole so as to open the opening hole; and a step (f) that a grout material is injected into the inner space of the rotational penetration pile through the opening hole of the rotational penetration pile.
본 발명은 회전 관입 말뚝의 개방구를 통해 토사 등의 이물질이 유입되는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 회전 관입 말뚝의 시공방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 회전 관입 말뚝의 시공방법은, (a) 내측에 내부 공간이 마련된 말뚝 바디와, 말뚝 바디의 상단부에 내부 공간과 연결되도록 배치되는 개방구를 갖는 회전 관입 말뚝을 준비하는 단계와, (b) 개방구를 덮도록 회전 관입 말뚝에 막음부재를 가결합하는 단계와, (c) 막음부재가 가결합된 회전 관입 말뚝을 그 상단부가 지표면 아래에 위치하도록 지반 속으로 관입시키는 단계와, (d) 지반 속으로 관입된 회전 관입 말뚝의 위쪽 지반을 굴착하여 회전 관입 말뚝의 상단부를 외부로 노출시키는 단계와, (e) 막음부재를 개방구에서 분리하여 개방구를 개방하는 단계와, (f) 회전 관입 말뚝의 개방구를 통해 회전 관입 말뚝의 내부 공간에 그라우트재를 주입하는 단계를 포함한다.
