The present invention relates to an alumina sintered body and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the alumina sintered body according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: preparing an alumina molded body using alumina powder; coating the alumina molded body with a composite precursor material including Na; drying the coated alumina molded body; and sintering the dried alumina molded body.

본 발명은 알루미나 소결체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 알루미나 소결체의 제조방법은 알루미나 분말로 알루미나 성형체를 마련하는 단계; 상기 알루미나 성형체를 Na를 포함하는 복합 전구체 물질로 코팅하는 단계; 상기 코팅된 알루미나 성형체를 건조하는 단계; 및 상기 건조된 알루미나 성형체를 소결하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.
