According to an embodiment of the present invention, a transparent blind device for blocking sunlight can secure an external natural view while blocking direct rays of sunlight. To this end, the transparent blind device for blocking sunlight comprises: a total inflection plate having a first transparent base formed in a flat plate shape, wherein first triangular unevenness with an inclined surface of a total inflection inclined angle is formed on a rear surface of the first transparent base; and a refractive compensation plate having a second transparent base formed in the flat plate shape, wherein second triangular unevenness corresponding to the first triangular unevenness is formed on a front surface of the second transparent base. Moreover, the first triangular unevenness is engaged to and coupled to the second triangular unevenness, and a coupled cross section of the first and second triangular unevenness forms a rectangular shape.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 직사되는 태양광을 차단하면서 외부 자연 조망이 가능한 효과가 있다. 이를 위해 특히 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 평판으로 형성된 제1 투명 베이스를 구비하고, 제1 투명 베이스의 배면에 전반사 경사각의 경사면을 가지는 제1 삼각 요철이 형성된 전반사 플레이트; 및 평판으로 형성된 제2 투명 베이스를 구비하고, 제2 투명 베이스의 전면에 제1 삼각 요철에 대응하는 제2 삼각 요철이 형성된 굴절보상 플레이트;를 포함하되, 제1 삼각 요철과 제2 삼각 요철이 상호 맞물려 결합되고, 제1, 2 삼각 요철의 결합된 단면이 직사각형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 차단 투명 블라인드 장치를 포함한다.
