Rotary-Disc Type Forming Apparatus
The present invention provides rotating disk type molding equipment which is able to not only obtain a molded body for manufacturing artificial lightweight aggregate of high quality by widening the motion range (space factor) of the molded body in a rotating disk but also prevent the disk from being deformed or damaged due to the motion of a molded body when used for a long time. The rotating disk type molding equipment includes: a disk which comprises a circular side wall and the bottom surface and molds a raw material into a molded body by rotation; and a rotary shaft which rotates the disk in a predetermined direction. A bottom unit is formed on the lower surface of the disk by applying bonding water and a powder material of the same components as a raw material supplied to be molded into the molded body.
본 발명은, 회전하는 디스크 내에서 성형체의 거동범위(점적율)를 넓혀 고품질의 인공경량골재 제조용 성형체를 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 장기간 사용시 성형체의 거동에 의해 상기 디스크가 변형이나 파손이 일어나는 것을 방지할 수 있는 회전 디스크형 성형장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 상기 회전 디스크형 성형장치는 원형의 측벽 및 저면으로 이루어고, 회전에 의하여 원료를 성형체로 성형하는 디스크와, 상기 디스크를 일정한 방향으로 회전시키는 회전축을 포함하되, 상기 디스크의 저면에, 상기 성형체로 성형되기 위해 공급되는 원료와 동일한 성분의 분체 재료와 점결용수를 도포하여 바닥부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
