METHOD FOR LIGHT SINTERING OF CERAMIC FILM
The present invention discloses a light sintering method of a ceramic thin film. The light sintering method of the ceramic thin film according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises following steps of: manufacturing a ceramic solution containing a ceramic precursor and a solvent; forming a ceramic precursor layer on a substrate by using the ceramic solution; and sintering the ceramic precursor layer by irradiating intense pulsed light (IPL) to the ceramic precursor layer while heating the ceramic precursor layer. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively manufacture a solid ceramic thin film in a short time.
본 발명은 세라믹 박막의 광소결 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 세라믹 박막의 광소결 방법은 세라믹 전구체 및 용매를 포함하는 세라믹 용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 세라믹 용액을 이용하여 기판 상에 세라믹 전구체층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 세라믹 전구체층을 가열하면서 상기 세라믹 전구체층에 극단파 백색광(intense pulsed light, IPL)을 조사하여 상기 세라믹 전구체층을 소결시키는 단계를 포함으로 한다.

The present invention discloses a light sintering method of a ceramic thin film.
