MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CERAMIC THIN FILM USING THERMAL SINTERING AND LIGHT SINTERING

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic thin film using thermal sintering and optical sintering. A method of manufacturing a ceramic thin film using thermal sintering and optical sintering, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing a ceramic paste by mixing a solvent and a mixed powder comprising ceramic powder and a sintering aid; applying the ceramic paste on a substrate; thermally sintering the ceramic paste applied on the substrate through a thermal sintering process; and optically sintering the thermally sintered ceramic paste through an optical sintering process using intense pulsed light (IPL) to prepare a ceramic thin film.

본 발명은 열 소결 및 광 소결을 이용한 세라믹 박막의 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 열 소결 및 광 소결을 이용한 세라믹 박막의 제조방법은 세라믹 파우더 및 소결조제를 포함하는 혼합 파우더와 용매를 혼합하여 세라믹 페이스트를 제조하는 단계; 상기 세라믹 페이스트를 기판 상에 도포하는 단계; 상기 기판 상에 도포된 세라믹 페이스트를 열 소결 공정을 통해 열 소결 시키는 단계; 및 상기 열 소결된 세라믹 페이스트를 극단파 백색광(intense pulsed light, IPL)을 이용한 광 소결 공정을 통해 광 소결 시켜 세라믹 박막을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
